Dan Burpee, Broker, is a Bucksport native and graduate of Husson University where he received a BA in criminal justice. Since starting his real estate career in 2010, Dan has gained extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers. Offering modern marketing strategies, Dan showcases his listings to their fullest potential. Dan has served as a director & treasurer for the Greater Bangor Association of Realtors as well as director for the Maine Association of Realtors. Dan was awarded Businessperson of the Year by his local Bucksport Bay Area Chamber of Commerce in 2017. Dan also owns & operates a local property management company, Penbay Property Management, LLC in Bucksport, ME with his wife Ashley.

MARY RAYMOND
Agency Assistant
Mary grew up in Maine in both Orland and Orrington. She graduated from Brewer High School in 2004 and lives locally with her family in Orland. Mary enjoys camping, boating and being outside. Being active in the community is important to her, including spending time with her husband and three children, volunteering with multiple sports and coaching.
KATHLEEN COOGAN

Kathy and her husband Paul Hansen founded Two Rivers Realty in 2009 and for many years she successfully helped many buyers and sellers search for their special home or prepare to sell their current home. Kathy and Paul sold Two Rivers Realty to Dan Burpee in 2020 but Kathy continues to work hard as a realtor for the company to help her clients overcome issues and obstacles to reach a successful sale!
Kathy is an active community member and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bucksport Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Bangor Apartment Owners and Managers Association, the Bangor Board of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also an experienced Guardian ad Litem advocate for abused children.

PAUL HANSEN

Paul has many years of experience as a business owner and along with his wife Kathy Coogan, Paul founded Two Rivers Realty in 2009. Paul has received multiple million dollar sales certifications for real estate and is well known and respected for his ability to get positive results for his clients with a “win-win” approach. Paul and Kathy sold Two Rivers Realty to Dan Burpee in 2020, but Paul continues as a realtor and a member of the Bangor Board of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Bangor Apartment Owners and Managers Association (GBAOMA).
Paul is also actively involved in the community and has served as a member of the Verona Island Comprehensive Planning Board, the Waldo-Hancock Bridge Committee, the Board of Directors of the Bucksport Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of Great Pond Conservation Trust. He is also an experienced Guardian ad Litem advocate for abused children.
He enjoys fishing and working on antique tractors and lives with his wife, Kathy Coogan, on Verona Island.

DAMON HOLMES

Damon Holmes, Associate Broker, is a Bucksport native who grew up here in the town, and graduated from Bucksport High School.
In 1985 he was hired at the St. Regis Paper Company where he worked for nearly 30 years working many various positions.
After the closing of the mill, Damon pursued a career in real estate, and has been with Two Rivers Realty since 2015 where he really enjoys meeting new people, and working with the community.
Damon enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and lives with his wife, Ann, in Bucksport.

MICHELLE RHODES

Michelle Rhodes joined Two Rivers Realty as a sales agent in 2018. Michelle and her husband own Silver Lake Stables in Bucksport where they care for rescued horses, including three Clydesdales. They searched for several years for the perfect location and she now wants to assist others with the often daunting task of selling or buying their perfect property. Michelle is very active in the community and serves on the Senior Resource Committee, Gardner Commons Senior Housing Board, volunteers for Meals on Wheels and teaches YMCA Senior Strength Training. She received her degree from El Centro Community College and worked for many years as a legal assistant. Michelle can offer assistance to buyers and sellers of equestrian, residential, commercial, land and waterfront properties.

Aside from having roots here in this community, Kyle also is an assistant coach for the Husson University baseball team. Douglas Burpee is a Bucksport native with a deep appreciation for the land of Maine. Doug brings over ten years of consultative sales experience from his previous career in technology sales with a major wireless carrier. Since January 2020, Doug has been serving his clients with dedication as an agent with Two Rivers Realty LLC. rental properties and then obtaining his agents license in 2013. Prior to that Mike owned
the Brooklin General store from 2003-2013. Currently, Mike and his partner own and operate
Sweet Cheeks Bakery on Verona Island.
Mike has held public office in the past, as he was a selectman for the town of Brooklin for 4 years. Mike enjoys hiking, biking, ice fishing and boating on Toddy Pond where lives with his partner Jonathan and 2 dogs, 2 cats and 13 chickens.

He earned his MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. Terry has been involved in Real Estate for over 20 years through investments, rental properties and earning his Real Estate license in 2010. Prior to obtaining his Real Estate license, Terry worked in various corporate customer service/buying positions. This experience has helped him successfully negotiate and close many contracts for his clients. He has been enjoying the great State of Maine since spending his childhood summers in Skowhegan and now relaxing at his camp in Dedham. Rebecca was born in southern Maine and grew up in the Bangor area. After working summers on Mount Desert Island (MDI), she left Maine to attend art school in Boston. She later returned to the University of Maine in Orono to complete her B.A. degree in Art, and later a master's degree in counseling where she taught and counseled for 23+ years. Rebecca has two sons and a is a proud grandmother with two lovely granddaughters. Her passions include swimming, hiking, kayaking, music, and painting. Rebecca shows her enthusiasm, caring, and support for clients in the personalized service she offers. She is quick to respond to needs, and answer questions or concerns.
